Prison Break Mode

Practice for Bonus Rounds, or engineer the perfect run!

Prison Break Mode follows the same rules as Grand Prix bonus stages, but with no time limit. Take your time getting used to the layout, then smash the Prison Eggs!

Recording a good time can earn Bronze, Silver, and Gold medals; check the par time on Course Select, or above the timer in-game.

• Replay: Relive your greatest runs, or peek the staff ghost strategies.
• Ghosts: Enable ghosts if you want to play for pace, or disable ghosts if you want to chill out alone.

During Prison Break Mode, the Y button no longer triggers Ring Shooter—instead, it will instantly restart the round.
